We are happy to offer you a refund within 21 days from the date of purchase provided the
product that you are returning is unused and unopened with the original packaging and is in
fully resalable condition. Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days has lapsed since your
purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.  Shipping costs is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

Undelivered Orders
If the customer fails to collect their order from a collection point, or if the customer address
is either incorrect or the address not accessible, the item may be returned to Fragrance
Cabin. In this instance, only the value of product(s) supplied will be refunded MINUS the
return postage costs incurred by Fragrance Cabin.

Damaged Products
In the event of any damaged products received, customers may notify Fragrance Cabin
immediately providing photographic evidence if possible to

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we
have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of
your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment.
All refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item to the original payment
method. Please note, if the product is returned to Customer Services, in a condition which is
not fully resaleable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or
exchange on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

After 21 days has lapsed, we are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged.

                                         All U.S. orders are shipped via a trackable shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, Fedex).

Exception: orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation. Military addresses such as those shipping to APO/FPO are usually not trackable due to military restrictions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach
